Now that it is officially summer,
one of the most looked forward to holidays to kick off summer is just over one
week away. It is time to start planning
your perfect Fourth of July outfit!! Let’s be honest, the Fourth of July is the one holiday where you can get away with showing off your American pride by wearing red, white, and blue. The key to looking your best this Fourth of
July is to pick just one main color and simply accent with the
rest. It is important not to go
overboard and give off a tacky sense of fashion. My goal was to create a look that could
satisfy both casual and dressy occasions no matter what your Fourth of July
plans may be. The halter neck Susana
Monaco dress shown here is an absolute necessity for celebrating Independence Day. The material is super flowy making it
comfortable and cool during these excruciatingly hot days. I LOVE that the back of the dress is cut lower giving off a flirty look.
Sticking to the idea of popping in another color with the red, I chose
to incorporate navy. The Moon and Lola
necklace was the perfect choice in combination with the Navy GiGi tote. The GiGi tote is the perfect size to comfortably
carry all of your other Fourth of July goodies.
To complete your look, you have to have a comfortable but
eye-catchy shoe, and the Andre Assous wedge shown here does just that!! I literally didn’t want to take these
beauties off because they were sooooo cushiony, and the glitter strap provides
the perfect hint of sparkle for celebrating.
