Happy May, everyone! Today's post is inspired by one of my all-time favorite looks: the jumpsuit. This look was popular back in the 70's and we are loving the fact that it is currently back on trend. There's a common misconception that jumpsuits are difficult to work with, however they are actually the exact opposite. Choosing to a wear a jumpsuit makes your life easier in the fact that you are getting pants and a top in one! It is a clever way to not have to worry about finding pants to match your favorite top or vice versa. What's not to love about an all-in-one outfit?! The Annie Griffin jumpsuit featured here is one of our personal favorites for obvious reasons like the gorgeous navy and white pattern. Also, I love wearing this jumpsuit because of it's higher waistline and front crossing panels. They make the look more feminine and flattering. Since this jumpsuit has such a strong pattern, I chose to wear gold and brown jewelry to add a little color contrast while keeping it simple. Personalization like we see with this Julie Vos initial necklace and monogrammed Gigi clutch is another trend that is making it's way back on scene. Julie Vos makes some of the most gorgeous dainty necklaces that I love to layer together. I also incorporated one of our Daniel Wellington watches, which is a new line for us that we are SO excited about! These watches are available for men and women and are certainly suitable for every occasion. What I love most is that the straps on Daniel Wellington watches are interchangeable and it is possible to buy additional straps. So, you can ultimately have a watch for every day of the week! I tied my look together by wearing Trina Turk's lucite heels (which are fabulous!!!) and of course carrying my beloved monogrammed uber clutch from Gigi.
